Why Give?

Every gift puts a young person in front of a room and says: your story matters. Your donation funds the mentors, materials, and stages that make that moment happen.

One-Time Gifts

We value each donation that is given to us, whether it’s $5 or $5,000. We are so grateful for the generosity that is behind every gift. You can donate safely and easily on our website.

Monthly Gifts

The consistency of monthly donations help us to plan out each year and beyond. For monthly donations of any amount, you’ll occasionally receive stories written by one of our students.

Partnership

Financial gifts from corporations are instrumental in helping us reach more students. We also partner with other organizations to build up our communities and reach common goals. Reach out to us—we'd love to work together.

Volunteer

We couldn’t do what we do without our volunteers. Every year, hundreds of volunteers give their time generously. We'd love for you to join our community.

Matching Gifts

Many companies match employee donations or volunteer hours, effectively doubling or tripling your impact. You may need to ask your HR or Finance department for more information.

Legacy Giving

Our Giving Philosophy

We welcome donations of funds and time from any individuals, organizations, or corporations whose missions and values align with our own. We believe that everyone in our community has a responsibility to make the world a better and more equitable place.

We value gifts of time and money equally. Our volunteers, donors, staff, board, and partners are all important in furthering our work. Not everyone has the means, privilege, or opportunities to give financial donations; but, everyone in our community is committed to what we do. We respect, listen to, and invest in everyone that participates in our work.

We view everyone that participates in our work as a partner. We are transparent about our goals, successes, and growth points, educate all members of our community about our practices and decisions, and consult with our community for appropriate feedback. In everything we do, we prioritize the good of our students and families, and hold donors, volunteers, vendors, corporate partners, community partners, and others accountable to that. We invite everyone to be in conversation with us to make change in our communities.
